Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, you’ll receive a download link (or emailed files if it's a custom order).

Custom designs are created based on the details you provide at checkout or through direct messages. Turnaround times vary based on complexity but typically range from 2–14 business days. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process!

Please review the final design carefully before approval. Once you approve and the final files are sent, no further edits will be made unless previously agreed upon.

Minor revisions are included with custom orders (such as flower swaps, placement tweaks, or small detail adjustments). Major changes may require an additional fee.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and I cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered.

However, if there’s a problem with your file or design, please reach out — I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly.
