1. What kind of products do you offer?

I create hand-drawn, fine-line digital tattoo designs, both custom and pre-made. All files are delivered digitally — no physical items will be shipped.

2. What will I receive with my purchase?

Each tattoo design includes:
✔ A high-resolution black & gray version
✔ A colored version (if applicable)
✔ A clean stencil (linework) version
All files are in high resolution (300dpi) JPEG format, ready for you or your tattoo artist to use.

3. How do I order a custom design?

To order a custom piece:

1. Go to the Custom Tattoo section.

2. Fill out the required details (Tattoo theme, symbols, elements, size, etc.).

3. I’ll get in touch via email if I need more details and will send your design within 5 - 10 business days.

4. Can I request changes to a pre-made design?

Yes, minor adjustments (like swapping flowers or changing the layout slightly) may be possible for a small fee. Please email me at yusrinah@gmail.com before purchasing to confirm.

5. I’m not sure which flowers to choose. Can you help?

Of course! Feel free to reach out, and I’ll be happy to suggest flower combinations based on meaning, birth month, or aesthetic preferences.

6. What if I don’t receive my files?

First, check your email’s spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see anything, please contact me at yusrinah@gmail.com, and I’ll resend your files promptly.

7. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order or files, I’ll do my best to fix it — just send me a message.

8. Can I use the design for something other than a tattoo?

All designs are for personal use only. If you’d like to use a design for branding, merchandise, or commercial projects, please email me to discuss licensing options.

9. Will my tattoo be unique?

Ready-made designs may be purchased by multiple customers, but custom designs are one-of-a-kind and made just for you. I don’t resell custom designs.
